Ascending the Mountains

Here's a series inspired by my last trip to Japan some years ago. A place called "Fushimi Inari Shrine", where thousands of vermillion Torii gates lined up in a row, along a path that ascends Mt Inari. It wasn't a difficult hike, but it was more stairs to climb than one would usually do. As we got higher and higher, there were fewer and fewer people, which makes it so much more of an achievement to get to the top. It's a small reminder that a little perseverance goes a long way. Have a great week ahead everyone!
