END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) for Petrichor Wallpapers

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Petrichor.Lxy ("We," "Us," or "Our") governing your use of the Petrichor Wallpapers application ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

Petrichor.Lxy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Application on your device, subject to the terms of this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:
    - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.

    - Distribute, sell, or rent the Application or any part of it to any third party.

    - Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
    - Share, distribute, or resell the wallpapers provided by the Application without directly attributing the source as "Petrichor Wallpapers by Petrichor.Lxy."

3. Copyright

All wallpapers provided by the Application are copyrighted materials owned by Petrichor.Lxy or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these wallpapers outside of personal use is prohibited unless expressly permitted by Petrichor.Lxy.

4. Permissions

The Application may request access to your device's storage. This access is required to store wallpapers on your device. You can choose to grant or deny this permission; however, certain features of the Application may not function properly if permission is denied.

5. Third-Party Libraries

The Application uses third-party libraries such as AdMob and Firebase Analytics, which may collect identifiable information about you or your device. By using the Application, you agree to the data collection practices of these third-party libraries. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

6. In-App Purchases

The Application offers an in-app purchase option that allows you to remove advertisements. This purchase is processed through Google Play Services. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to comply with Google Play’s payment policies, terms of service, and any applicable third-party payment processor agreements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Petrichor.Lxy disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Petrichor.Lxy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Petrichor.Lxy. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Application.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
